It's been a month since I created my account here in steemit. This will be my first post to this wonderful platform of social media.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Enrique Salle, a frustrated poet and writer. I love to cook. I was a former chef de partie in an island boutique hotel and restaurant in Seychelles (La Digue). Before I became a cook, I was engage in an office work for about 17 years, both in material controlling and production planning. Sadly our company here in Philippines just transfered its plant in China.

I'm the husband of @thejoyofcooking and father of @depressedchef.

I hope that I can contribute more here in steemit by posting some of my hidden talent in writing poetry and my hobbies of takong pictures of what I cook.
