How to write an amazing blog post quickly?

Every blog post has to have a basic structure.

Once you figure out this part, writing a blog post would be easier.

First you must create a basic template for writing your blog posts.

Your writing template must have an,

Intro
Body
and a Conclusion.

Once your basic template is ready, all you will have to do will be to fill it with content everytime you plan to write a new blog post.

Whenever you start writing a new post,

Always start twith your body at first.

Turn your Main ideas into headings for your body.

Quickly jot down all the main points you have in mind.

You can fill in those headlines with content later on but first you must write what you have in mind.

Try to write using I (first narrative) and You (second narrative) as if you are having a conversation with your readers. (This helps in engaging with your audience)

Write short, simple sentences, using simple English.

Use day to day language that you use to interact with your friends/colleague everyday.

Cite relevent sites to support your argument.

If you have a long post, use more than 4, 5 images. (Images make your content appear interesting)

Now write your conclusion ( now is the time to call for action, gently direct your readers to the action you want them to take without sounding too pushy.

Once you are done doing that, now is the time to write an introduction and killer headline (Once the body and conclusion are written, you can now spend some quality time writing your intro and headline).
