I'm new here but am already feeling welcome. Thank you all so much for the support so far. Please give me your number 1 tip on how to have success with this platform!

I'm excited to be here. I've been on Youtube posting for a few years and have had decent success, 50+ videos, almost 30 subscribers, and 1,000s of views. You can find me there by searching "get paid with D wade" and then scroll down a bit past the basketball star Dwyane Wade lol ( we are not related lol)

Anyways, I enjoy creating videos and connecting with my audience. I don't want to have to worry about all the ads and stuff that comes along with YouTube. Plus the censorship that is happening on Facebook and their new algorithm (which they change every other week lol) . Find me on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/darrisrwade/

So why am I here? Not to just get a paycheck and cash out. I really want to see Steemit grow. I truly believe that this platform can be the standard and take over giants like Youtube and Facebook! So that's why with any money I earn, I'll be reinvesting it back into the platform. I am here for the long haul baby!!

Mainly I post about ways to make money, with cryptocurrency and other opportunities as well. I also enjoy sports, and funny memes lol, so I'll be posting those from time to time.

I really want to give a big shoutout to @jerrybanfield , @joeparys, @trevonjb, and my buddy @iluvgene for introducing me to Steemit. I've followed them for quite a while on Youtube and all of their videos and posts have made me get really excited about Steemit and the community that we are building.

#1 tip -- learn as much about the platform as early as possible.

Next tip -- create as many connections as possible. Start building friendships and become a part of the little communities within Steemit. That might even be more important than the content you publish (at first).
