INSOMNIA: Good or Bad ???

Tic tic tic wheels moving round, a thought in mind, have you ever been in the situation?? you would probably know if you are awake midnight for no reason. yes i am taking about "INSOMNIA".
In my thought it is a situation of mind that really is a cool stuff. Deep in my mind, i always think of having a lonely night,that really teaches something. When i do have a such night, i am more than esthetic. Lots of stuff buzz in my head; why is this?? and how is this?? .I really am ain't a good self-satisfying whatever the matter is.
Insomnia, not a problem rather a good part of time alerting your's reality. Its quite surprising -and not what comes to mind when you're lying wide awake at 3 am staring at the ceiling fan. Yet, when you seems as thought you're the only person in the world who isn't asleep, the fact is really shocking

20% of the people over 100 year is under the attack.
Well its not minority, 30% of world population falls into same class
It may be acute or long-term.
Women are likely to suffer more than men.
