Newbies on steemit needs to be encourage!.
Hello steemians!
I humbly appeal on behalf of the newbies on steemit and the potential steemians still waiting for approvals into the community.
They need to be encouraged.if we keep up with our task alone on steemit, and neglect creating out little time to go through the contributions of the newbies on steemit, how then can we discover those with good contents??,
how can we identify those with the intentions of investing and subsequently give them guidelines on how to invest and enjoy the community??
How can the newbies be encourage if we dont bring out time to actually reply our opinion to their post giving them suggestions and corrections where necessary?!
How do we motivate them?? How do we make them focus if we dont at least upvote them even if its just with 10-50% of our voting power??!
How can they learn and become perfect if we dont carry them along and teach them the various means of exploring abd enjoying steemit?!.
In a nuthshell great Steemians! I appeal to the existing big shoes of steemit: i can classify you into:

Steemit captains
Steemit governors
Steemit managers
Steemit directors
Steemit stakeholders
Steemit mademenx
Please and please and please show Love to the newbies....
Give them some time, stop by their post, read and see their veiws, reward them according to their efforts, and make our community a better place for everyone.
