I didn't want to "upvote" your comment lol - but it takes making pizza dough a few times to really get the hang of it. You have nothing to lose by practicing, only more pizza to gain!
i believe it, i expect i'll give it another go sometime because i do love some pizza!
I'll get a good tutorial on pizza dough up on Steemit soon. I'm sure it'll help.
