click on the link and join the discord. "Discord" is a messenger app that allows you to communicate with other members. discord is similar to those messenger app such as LINE, Wechat, Whatsapp, or Telegram EXCEPT it has more functions like "channel".
Channel is like a folder in the computer. All communication is stored in these channels, and new members can read old messages in these channels. The channels are also organized by "Category" or simply topic.
After you have joined the Discord ( maybe other discord in future, beware that there are rules usually written in the "pinned" message.
