I’ve been vegan for about 5 months now and loving it! How about you? And that’s a good question... I’m not sure what my favorite recipe is yet. I made stuffed cabbage using quinoa, red lentils and tomatoes before and of the vegan meals I’ve made that is one of my top ones.
