My fellow steem greeters @cmp2020 @kiwiscanfly @mariita52 greetings to you all, I would like to bring this matters to your attention. These are some ideas on how to build retention for new people that join steem network either from appics/other apps/steemit frontend for at least 7days after their first introduction post:
Ideas on build retention for newusers in their 1st week on steemit:

1. each one of the steem greeters will be assigned 10 or more legit newusers to be under their care/follow up their activities on steemit/give encouragement through comment and support on upvote by summoning steemcurator01/02 acc to help with the vote, for at least 7 days since their 1st post on steemit/appics

2. encourage them to join or make them aware of the ongoing writing challenge/contest on steemit: this one we need to prepare a list of contest/challenge and put on the comment section together with our follow up comment on their post

3. we organize steem greeters challenge for them newusers too: to make them learn about basic knowledge on steem tools like steemworld, how to convert their SBD to steem then power it up,etc something like knitrias project doing but we do it with a points system for every participant on their review using these tools>>>need help on what basic tools they newusers need to review and make a post about

4. once they completed all this reviews and challenge, we give them award like a badge of "PRO MINNOW verified" then at the end of their completion challenge, asking steemcurator01 support on upvote their report on all the posts/challenge/reviews from steem greeters they have accomplished in one post

5. We steem greeters got to do extra work with a report on the activities that we track and follow up so far on these newusers under our care.
