I grew increasingly interested in the blockchain the more I learned about finances and the insurmountable US debt. Like many others, my first exposure to blockchain technology was through bitcoin. I specifically remember first hearing about it in 2015 in a movie called "Dope" which I recommend everyone watch. The use was so subtle but it did not go unnoticed to me.
