Hello, we are the CoinFund Team!
Hi everyone, we are CoinFund LLC, a blockchain research outfit and proprietary cryptoasset investment vehicle. We spend all day reading whitepapers of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology projects, following cryptomarkets and trends, and writing blog articles about how cryptoassets are going to take over the world of investments, financing, and crowdfunding. We are also excited about the future prospects of Steem, which we think stands a good chance of finding a viable, low barrier-to-entry model for ad-free content publishing.
Where did you come from?
Bitcoin adopters since 2013, we started constructing diversified portfolios of cryptoassets in 2015 and wrote a paper about it. Today, we are super excited to participate in the growth of this new space where the lines between traditional VC investing, quantitative trading, technology, and social innovation are pleasantly blurred. Our team consists of highly multidisciplinary expertise in high technology, traditional financial tech, quantitative trading, and social innovation research. We are based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
What are you good at?
We perform market and investments research in the blockchain technology space from building models of implied returns on Augur tokens and assessing risks inherent in blockchain hard forking, to ethical issues in decentralized systems and keeping an eye on government regulation of cryptocurrencies. Then we put our research to work and our skin in the game by making strategic investments for the CoinFund Portfolio.

I think you will like it even more as time goes on; the way i see it the incentive model of Steem provides huge potential for breaking news and valuable information to hit Steemit before any other source.
Going forward i think that chances are high that news services and people who take advantage of leading edge information will source their information or at least the leads from Steemit and as such attribute further research to the initial poster. this attribution will bring more and more people and the wisdom of the crowd will grow stronger and stronger.
