if you are new dont worry we will cover all the lessons from Rookie to Master.

introduction : 

CSGO *Steem-Academy* is a community  of Steemers  who are looking to improve their skills in the most technical FPS  game  and is motivated to make Steemit popular on counter-strike .

Summary And Goals :

Step1: The 90days challenge .

before we start the program. the next  post will be about  the equipment's that you need   to become an efficient Counter Strike player  the equipment is not a must!, but it certainly helps !. 

the 90 days     will consist of posting daily lessons/ training sessions with quality content to help the Steemers improve quicker with no bad habits and understand better themselves weakness readjustments ect..

the program will require the player to practice  45 to 1 hour   and recommend from him to stop playing after 2hours in order for the brain to recover and record all the muscle memory learned  

here is a quick example of what we will do in those days challenge

• 15min Reflex aiming .
•  15min surf practice.  
• 15 min practice aim at bots
• 15min deathmatch 

if you dont have time you can skip one of those tasks but dont forget to practice it the next day !.

 discipline is required you have to look at it like martial arts or soccer ,Dancing,  anything that needs flow and mental focus( i will get into details once the Day 1  of the program is lunched) .

Step 2: Steem Servers  and communication servers

after the 90days lessons  depending on the Steemers we will setup 4 to 5 server around the globe to give good gaming experience , the 90day program is only for individual improvement after graduating from the program you will be eligible to share your skills in the Academy Servers .
Sadly the Counter-Strike Community is often toxic with kids screaming around and not collaborating with the tactics,   this is why we are going to make  multiple servers for the community only,  so we can  avoid latency problems and trolling .

Step 3 : Building the SteemLeague  and SteemRanking System .

after Setting up the servers , we will lunch the Steemleague  where all the Steem players will compete on the steem servers  we will gather all the servers data and make a ranking system based on the statistics .

• the top 5 players of the season  will represent the Steemit Community *Steemers* 
• The top100 ranking will be rewarded steem coins .(details once the project is lunched!).
• rankings are public and in real-time

Step 4 : recruiting Skilled players  in Steemit .

having good players in the league will help  if you dont know how to play or have average skills you will not have a bigger audience on twich or Dlive  that why we need some good players to stream live and learn from them .

Rules 

.no trolling!!   we  are bulding a good community that is  optimistic and passionate about counter-strike and crypto 

1.  NO hacking if you use hacks on Dlive or in our servers you will be exposed Flagged and banned from csgo*SteemAcademy* you  will be reported to steam also . 
2. add *steemers* on your counter-strike profile name 
3. do not  go off topic when using communication on the game (we will setup communication server with different channels :-tactics for the ones who want to be technical and chatting for the ones who need to chat while playing  and respect the tactical players .)
4. Scamming in any method is not allowed if a member of the Academy  have this type of behaviors he will be banned from the community 

what we need from you ! .

1. the steps cant be executed without the help of the community certainly we have the knowledge and the technical aspects to manage servers website , teaching the game,management  ect... , our team is willing to put an annual budget on the servers but your support will help to put more effort in our work .

2.pick  a server that is close to your location fallowed by your csgo profile name on the comments bellow , we will make  a list of the steemers players .

(the list will help steemers  to  reward each others if they play together or somone is spending time to teach one particular player  . (you can also sell your skins between trusted Steemers)
