i'm voting fake. the real dude is on top of it. he would have mentioned steemit specifically. and if you look at the 2 responses that he supposedly made...they both have a repetitive feel...my scammer radar is going off....and if it is him...he would say something real. to me... to others... in a post.... i dont buy it...though it would be amazing! maybe some one will share this with the real philip and it will lead to him coming over for real...then this scammer will have served a valuable purpose beyond his lame sucking scams.
