Another doubt of mine. I see that an upvote has a certain value (based on each ones SP at hold in the user account - my guess- ) And also, I saw that an upvote can be worth 100% of "My upvote value" , or 50% ... or 20% ... How do I choose that percentage? I saw that here in this link: https://www.steemnow.com/@steemsociety
