The photo on whichever website you're trying to link to should be right-clickable you should see on the right click option list a term that says 'copy link address' click that and then paste it into the profile picture spot.
The image needs to be an on line link
ie you can't add from your local drive
So post the image to net first eg to here https://imgsafe.org/ or https://imgur.com/ then paste the image link generated into your post.
