Get out of the Hole!

Many times in life we find ourselves in unwanted situations. More than cause and effect, i like to say it a different way. I call it, you are the product of your own decisions. I think this applies 90% of the time. The other 10% is what you make out of it, when the decision wasn't yours and it happened to you.

There are times that bad decisions end up catching up on us. It could be a month to twenty years later. When that moment comes, we have to options. Either you accept your mistake and change the way you think or you stay with your pride and ego. See, if you do not want to make the same mistake all over again you have to own your decisions, apologize to whoever you need to apologize, and move on. For example: You FINANCED a BMW, used your CREDIT CARD for your outfits, and you got a need living room set with a LINE OF CREDIT. The problem is you make $9.00 an hour, pay rent, bills etc. You are struggling to make your payments and you get your car repossessed, credit card charged off, etc. You get the point. YOU LIVE THE CONSEQUENCE OF YOUR DECISION. Either you learn and administer what you earn in the best way or keep struggling.

The 10% is pretty easy. Example: Like many have done. You were born poor and never had the best luxuries while growing up because of poverty. You didn't choose it, but it happened to you. Growing up the choice is yours if you want to get out of it and work your butt of to do it or stay poor. I'm not saying you'll be rich, but you are not in poverty anymore. You ended up owning a business, graduated college, and hopefully not work for anyone forever. Why do I say that? I am from Honduras and I know people from my country that are here in the U.S.A. with no legal documents and make more money than people that were born here.

You choose your path based on your decisions. God opens doors for you, He just waits for your next step.
