Read up, lots of great advice around here on how to make the most of your posts. Leave comments, up vote, all that stuff, don't beg. Follow people you find interesting, resteem to your followers stuff they might like. Post original stuff, if it's already on the net, or somebody else's, site it so your not flagged for plagiarism. Learn, there's lots for a noob, but there is a ton of support for noobs. Welcome.
