RE: SteemQuest - A video game featuring Steem Dollars as the in-game currency

Other players payments will have also been distributed throughout the world, so the aim of the game is to try and skilfully traverse the terrain to collect more coins than you paid to enter the world.

Is this a synchronous MMOG with networking? (you can see other players moving around), or asynchronous, with the player 'alone', but the coins' existence updated in response to other players actions, or something else?

How does it work with respect to restarting? Is there a fee to play each 'round' (until your energy runs out)?

Is the world regenerated each time you play (with coins in different places)? If so, that would benefit certain players at random I suppose. If not, players who play multiple rounds will gain advantage as they survey the landscape - not necessarily a bad thing.

Interesting project anyway.
