About me? Hmmm, what could I say…
Well, if there was a word that is used to often describe me, it is “Eclectic”. My username, “Beachandblacktie” reflects just that. I am as comfortable floating aimlessly in the ocean as I am with a champagne and a fine suit.
I am very comfortable in my own skin. I have come through some significant hardships in my life, and borne witness to greater hardships in others. The great inspire me to better myself, the broken inspire me to lend a hand. I have an insatiable appetite to learn from everyone and everything, and a desire to contribute value to the world. I have learned to see equal beauty in the big picture, and in the smallest brushstroke. The sparkle in an infants eye adds as much beauty to my life as witnessing a falling star on a clear Antarctic night.
I love to travel. I love photography. I am a spontaneous writer of a wide range of non-fiction genre. I have a passion for motorcycles, luxury watches and culinary exploration. I have an avid interest in Shibari and Kinbaku, and the beauty of the female mind and soul. Perhaps more of these in later blogs, once I get a feel for the place.
Life is for living, and I choose to live it every second of every day.
With these things in mind, I look forward to contributing here on Steemit, and to absorbing some of the magic of the world seen through others eyes.
