RE: introduceyourself

Hello @imadear, you will find quite a large number of Nigerians on Steemit, I have met some pretty nice ones. I work with a group of steemians that greet new users and try to give them a leg up. That group is @newbieresteemday. We have a discord chat room also if you are interested, there is no signing up or anything. You can view our tag #newbieresteemday and finds lots of new users that have found us or that we have found and helped. Feel free to ask any questions you might have on any of the Newbierestemday post, you can see these in the post title will say Newbieresteemday - I put my weekly post out on every Sunday, or try to.

The tag #nigeria is pretty popular, and there is a new group @wafrica that provides a lot of organized support, and curation of African authors.

You can have up to 5 tags for your post. You need to be very careful with the first tag you use, it can not be changed, and...well some individuals like to think a tag belongs to them only, there are a few tag bullies in other words. But don't worry to much about it. If someone ask, you can edit out any of the other 4 you pick.

Enjoy your stay on steemit.
