Introduce myself: an engineer in journalism

Hi everyone!!! I'm Mukhlis Azmi from Indonesia and this is my first post in English.

Actually it is not easy for me to write about myself. I often write journalistic reports (news) and sometimes I try to write short story. Complicated. I often think too long about what I should write. The point is I'm not very good at telling. But this time I will try it, though only briefly.

Since 2011, I started learning to write journalistic reports until I joined some local online media in Aceh province of Indonesia, even though I was studying in Engineering faculty, but I find it interesting. Every day with new issues, facing different sources and location of coverage.

In 2015, I joined Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI). I was assigned to cover the area of Aceh Utara, Lhokseumawe and East Aceh.

I learned many things, where I had to submit not only text reports for RRI Online, but also live reports, and met various sources.

In addition to journalism, the world of construction is also a part of my life, because I am a graduate of Civil Engineering at the University of Malikussaleh, North Aceh. Here I learned to design an efficient construction, resistant to all conditions of nature (safe), beauty aspects until the treatment, so it is expected to meet the needs of the community against various infrastructures.

In my beautiful country, with its many populations, cultures, islands and tribes, it seems impossible that no unique stories can be written. But on this blog I will write about what I meet, or useful ideas. In addition, I love coffee, traveling and photography. These possibility will dominate.
