An introduction to my hclf vegan lifestyle! #INTRODUCEYOURSELF
WHO AM I?
My name is Andreas and this summer i turn 17. I have many passions. Some of them are running and veganism. I live with my family in Norway🇳🇴 It is very cold Here so We like to take holidays to warmer areas. My favourite place i have been to is Albir in Spain. The picture above is taken there.
WHY DO I FOLLOW A PLANT BASED DIET?
As a kid i have always enjoyed fruits and vegetables. Veganism was such a unknown thing in my country. When i heard of it i was told that vegans was weak and just ate broccoli and bananas, which is so not true. We vegans have the best cruelty free vegan food and are totally healthy. I went vegan for the animals. I didnt know about the torturing and killing of animals. A piece of chicken wasnt food anymore, i saw as a dead chicken that wanted to be alive. I went vegan when i was 15. Everyone in my family thought i was crazy and mentally ill because i suddenly stopped eating meat. Now after showing them What i stand for they totally agree with it. So if you are around my age, just know that if your parents doesnt agree with you being vegan at first, it is going to Get better.
RUNNING!! MY PASSION
I love to run. And i love to run fast! This summer i am going to be racing a few half marathons, some 5k and 10k races. Right now i am in norway training. It is a bit cold, but soon it will be good wather conditions again. This is the First time i am applying for flat half marathon. Usually i run in the mountains, but This year i have focused more on flat road. I really hope my season goes to plan. I will keep you updated when the races come and most likely come out with vlogs.
Hope you enjoyed my indroduceyourself. I will be posting a lot and hope you enjoy it. Andreas
Welcome Andreas
Welcome to Steemit Andreas! Ive been here just over a month now and I'm loving it! I'll give you a few tips to help you enjoy the best out of steemit.
I wish you all the best' much love! 😊
Amazing story... I was doing a lot of long walking before like 10,000 steps per day for 2 and half year. And it doesn't seem to get people's attention as much as pushups. There is something about pushup that is more difficult to do.
Velkommen! ;)
Bienvenido Andreas! Compartimos la misma pasión, así que seguramente nos cruzaremos por Steemit! Saludos!!
