Hello everybody

My name is Andrew Fynn. I have lived in California, Japan, Argentina, Africa, the UK and, er, Europe.

I am starting a company this year based in Slovenia. Because it's awesome. Seriously, pure water from the tap. I'm not going back to England.

In the Goldrush of 1849, the people who made money (reliably) were selling shovels and picks. Blockchain is changing the world. We haven't seen anything like this since - actually we haven't seen anything like this.

The precedent is the invention of movable type by Gutenberg in 1439.

We are 0.1% of the way along the journey of blockchains changing not just society and politics, but identity and the notion of nationality, and therefore humanity. This wave will keep cresting for the rest of our lives. It will always be the 100th monkey moment from here.

So what am I doing?

Where there is chaos and flux, there is opportunity - for creative solutions.

Look at the cryptocurrency landscape today. It is exploding. Yet, how easy is it for the average person to tell a good product from a poor one?

I can't go into much detail just yet, but suffice to say that my company TCS Agency will shift the cryptocurrency industry for good/ever.

I am building the team that will change the world.

One of the things I am sure to do is bring employment practices, and work culture, into the 21st century.

The biggest neglected talent pool is women. A company can be disruptive in different directions. Here is one where Agency will shine. We will mentor and graduate leaders, many of them women, who will go on and change the world according to their own inspiration.

It's time for the ladies to kick ass.

Agency will give them a platform to do that.

We are soon hiring. First key hires will be tech and HR.

Intelligence, integrity and emotional intelligence are high on my list of required qualifications.
