Hey you all, Anglophone community from steemit! My name is Alrri Alviarez. I’m 21 years old, and I’m a Medical Technology student. I first start publishing in steemit like a week ago, and I’m still trying to understand how everything works, and obviously trying to produce little by little the desired SBD’s but I don’t want to be a cheater, I promise that I’ll take the time to make some quality content to really earn those SBD’S.

Some Facts

I’m from Venezuela (Probably when you hear ‘Venezuela you immediately think in two basic words: Yeah, Chávez and Maduro. Believe me, you're not alone. But, we aren’t here to talk about the same thing as usual). As I was saying, I’m from Venezuela and when I introduced myself I did it in front of the Spanish-speaker community because, it’s my mother language, and of course I master it almost perfectly, but lately I have had the feeling that I need to publish some content in English. I have been studying English since I was in first grade, and I consider my level pretty decent, I’m not at the level of an English native person, but I’m enoughly compressible to try.

The title of this post has a lot to do with this decision because I’m literally “leaving my comfort zone” My first language. I’m trying to probe myself that I can write some good quality post in English because I really want to know new people. I know that the language, our traditions and a lot of other stuff separate us, but I want to get us closer, to know different people than we’re used to, and I definitely want to taste my luck by using one of the tools that I’ve been working in almost my whole life, Studying a second language. I want to finally took some reward from all those studying hours and courses, music, series and even books that took me from a poor knowing of English to my actual performance. Breaking up the border that separates me from communicating with you. Therefore, I don't know if this is a usual thing to do, but I think that this is kind of my second Introduce yourself, so I hope you enjoy.

About myself

¿What can I say about myself? I’m 21 years old student, I'm studying Medical Technology (That actually in Venezuela it’s known as “Bioanálisis”) I really love science and studying my career. I work as a lab assistant, you know, the person that usually takes your blood samples when you need any blood test.
Besides, I love literature, and I have read more books than I can remember. It all began when I was eight years old, and it ended by becoming one of my most common habits.  Somedays I actually feel like a writer and I post some stories and poetry. Sorry for those days, and maybe not sorry if you actually like something. I enjoy art in almost every expression, I enjoy traveling (like everybody) and what I love the most is eating, so you’re probably going to see a couple of cakes and cookies recipes around here.
