About My Progress in Bodybuilding

         We all have a day when we are ready to give up ,we have a evening before bed when we think why stand such torture?Why?To be the KING/QUEEN ,the WARRIOR of our lives,don't take training as a torture,take it as fight and your opponent is you,you don't rule your life if you quit,keep fighting keep going on until every part of your body will obey you.

          It's to hard,It's to paintful,then you don't deserve to be the LEADER,every WARRIOR is injured and suffers but has the strength to heal and fight more and more.Those weights,those exercises are a bad joke, any person can do that ,every person can beat that ,if your mind want's that, nothing can stop you.

Train your muscle and your mind ,you need to be strong ,you need to be smart thats how WARRIORS/KINGS/QUEENS are.
In each of us is KING/QUEEN/WARRIOR you just have to think like you're on of them,to train,to get over every obstacle,for them to make their appearance.

 Rember the day you start?Rember how happy you was to start and you was thinking at how good it will be in few months!Now you wanna give up?Road to happines is hard,is painful,but when you touch it ,you will forget all the pain ,all the fustration,you will gonna be calm and rember that painful training as a fight you win,as something you can do it again and again and it will not hurt you,don't give up,dont even think to give up,stay focus ,when you train in your head it will be just the picture of your goal ! That's the happines you search ,thats why you train so hard, you are on a quest and all the quest are hard but the treasure is worth it.
