Hi Steemit,

My name is ahmed hassan and I'm a photographer. I am no good when it comes to doing self portraits but since I need to put a face to this account, here I am.

I have been taking photographs for almost a decade now, and through the years of trying one genre and style to another, I think I have finally found my home in creating black and white images.

When I pick up my camera, I always try to remind myself that the photographs I'm about to take should not only consist of frozen light. I need to share a memory of what I see now, a memory of something that may not exist when the next generations come.
