LOVE as a way of LIFE

It has been almost one year since me and my partner @etka started a life changing journey. We have been together for 11 years and were living together in a tiny house, half hour away from Buenos Aires. He was working for a petrol company, and i was working as a fashion model. We where happy, but we felt something was not right. At some point we started to feel we needed more space, we needed a change in our lives, we needed more Nature... so when this opportunity to go to New Zealand presented to us, we immediately said yes. We decided to go with no plans at all and just let life surprise us.

One last Month and this New Zealand experience comes to an end. I am deeply GRATEFUL for the amazing adventures we lived, the lovely people we met, always with a smile and a hand ready for you, and the breathtaking landscapes that are going to live in our memories forever. This journey has changed our lives in a way that i would never have imagined possible. The first two months we traveled through both islands and when we got to Queenstown we fall in love. The second day we where here, this perfect house found us. She was taken directly from our dreams and put in front of us. Sheeps and chickens are our new neighbors. We reconnected with nature and ourselves in a totally new way. Meditation and walks in the forest to the river are part of our daily live. We became Vegan for the animals, the environment and our own health. Now we trust in the perfect timing of the universe, knowing it is our Nature.

Ed is now a Holistic Healer, happier than ever in his beloved mountains. Over the past years he has been writing, and this year he published his book (i am sooo proud of him). Our relationship has grown as much as we did, and the love we feel for each other gets stronger every day.

I finally confronted my fear of showing my real self and took the courage to show my work as an artist. Learning how to love myself i found peace and freedom. This was one year of looking deeply inside, of healing, of finding awareness, of confronting fears, of finding inner peace, of awakening, of letting go, of losing control and gaining the universe. This was a year where we felt the power of thought and how we can use it to create our own lives. This year we changed our lives and made LOVE our way of LIFE.

This is our journey, and its only starting. Before we go visit our families in December, we are going to travel a little bit more :). Come with us to Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Australia, Amsterdam, Rome and Munich. We are so happy we can share it with you here on steemit, another great example that shows how a new world can be created.
