Grounding Mode after KNC Presentation

Hello just sharing..

These are the kids and family of KNC BF Sucat, they just did a wonderful job in their Division Presentation so we thought we should somehow award them..

These children performs dance presentations in our local church in BF Sucat..

Today, they get to perform in locale of Quiapo and present with other districts, we managed to bring them to our local park here in Luneta..

These are the seniors in the family, Princess, Laizel, Ranzell, Mary Jane & Nicole.. they are already turning teens so we are training them responsibility and commitment in their comittee as Teatro Kristyano..

This is the rest of the gang enjoying the grasses of Luneta..

Wait what is Grounding?
Grounding or Earthing is putting the body in direct and uninterrupted contact with the earth. This means that skin needs to touch soil, sand, water, or a conductive surface that is in contact with the earth.

From a scientific perspective, the idea is that the earth has a mild negative charge to it. Over time, especially in modern life, our bodies build up a positive charge. Direct contact with the earth can even out this positive charge and return the body to a neutral state. (Earthing & Grounding)
