"The Virtual Mind"

A mind trick was an ability of the Force that allowed the practitioner to influence the thoughts of the affected, generally to the user's advantage. When using the mind trick, the practitioner generally adopted a suggestive tone of voice and used a distinctive gesture, waving their hand in front of the target's face.

The state of mind never remains stable,it has to be done. People at old times use to walk on grasses and eat hygienic stuffs to rest their mind,but now a days it has a trend to let go. A mind without stress is a mind creation.
The mind trick was said to work only on the weak-minded[6], and there were certain species, including Toydarians[4], that were either highly resistant or immune to it.
