I am Rodfranco C. Caballero from the landlock municipality in the Province of Misamis Oriental. Currently working in the Local Government Unit of Claveria under the Mayors Office.

Currently taking my Masters Degree in Public Service and Management at Capitol University, Cagayan de Oro City.

My undergraduate as folllow; Bachelor of Science in Biology- 2008, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science- 2012 , and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biological Sciences 2013 all in the USTSP - Claveria Campus.

I look at life as an oppurtunity to make a differenc3le for myself and my community. I am close to nature which makes me comfortable and removes all the negativities in life.
