Introducing minnowschool

minnow school is now available, swim with school of minnows and grow!

minnowschool is a passive boost charity that allows the group of minnows in the school to help each other

If you go away for a day or so your voting power reaches 100% and
your voting power doesn't serve any purpose, this is a way
to ensure that when your computer is unavailable, your power
gets spent in a positive way to help other starting members
that use the system fairly. it only uses voting power that
would otherwise go to waste.

In exchange you will receive their votes when they go idle for
that duration

every account in the group, when they're away from their computers, their accounts will help the rest of the members of the group with votes. so you will receive votes by being a part of the group, and when you're away for a day or so, you'll give the group votes.

voting is currently set to keep 98% of your voting power and bandwidth free as an idle measurement, we are looking at setting it to somewhere between 97-95% when testing is complete.

the ethical reason to join is to spend votes on other minnows from your community when you can not reach your keyboard
the motivational reason to join is to receive the votes of other idle minnows

minnow school does not keep any of your keys, it gets temporary access through a busy.org service called steemconnect
