Hi, It is absolutely wonderful bread, really! The best and most tasty I have made! I did not expect it as it is such an old old flour. I expected it to be hard and flat and inedible and it was amazing and better than even the most expensive sour dough! Finding the flour is difficult. I had to buy it online but if you are in a city you could find it in an organic food chop. Take care!
