DISH chicken, mix complementary seasonings and soy sauce, as well a glass of water completing a weekend evening in Banda Aceh. A stall not far from downtown, always full of visitors from a variety of backgrounds. Me and @vannour has long been a loyal customer of the shop, though not every night we took time to have dinner there, however, any opportunity, always feels more special.

The unnamed shop, provides a menu that is not typical in other places, but not much different with the chicken penyet contained around Banda Aceh. I observe the process of frying the chicken steamed, fried along with garlic, tofu, tempeh, temurui leaves and pandan leaves.

Then, presented in conjunction with cabbage leaves, basil leave fresh in one dish, to make the dish more crisp. The clatter of jokes and laughed a handful teens, do not make our noisy, the food was ready we eat. The kiosks located at Panglima Nyak Makam street, right in front of Hermes Palace Hotel, Banda Aceh.

My Introduction

Thank you for reading the above, as the opening sentence and the beginning papers in steemit, I'll introduce myself through this paper. I know steemit of @vannour, he advised me to create an account steemit. My name is Ariful Azmi Usman, my account name Arfa, is The name stands for long. I am now 23 years old (July 6, 1993) and still active as a student at the University of Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh.

I work in media publishing Aceh People's Daily, based in Banda Aceh as scribes and photographers. My writing is not focused on one area, as a writer, I write about a lot of things without limit. From sports, economics, history, to politics.
I often travel across the province to the country, it is possible, each trip will channeled in the writings in steemit later. Hopefully memorable.

As an author, a book I've ever write about traveling in Istanbul. I gave a title, Istanbul Warna Ibukota Dunia. In English can be translated with 'Colour Istanbul Capital of the World'. The cover book was desained and layouted by @vannour.
