Introduce myself

Hi there!
I am Peggy and I came to this network by chance while reading a blog about „perpetual travelling“ which means new approach to work & travel on the highest possible level of independence. After studying steemit for a while I will now give it a try bcs my research on the system and how it is working convinced me.
First of all that motivated me to start here is: steemit is something nobody owns. It is owned by the people who „feed“ it. This makes it less vulnerable to commercial abuse. But more of it: it is supporting the idea of free speech! Since it is stored „forever“ in the blockchain, people are more responsible for what they post. In the same time no government or a third party organisation has control over it – it is and will stay in the hand of the people. We are grown up. We are used to the challenges of and benefits from the world wide web. And now we – the people – are ready for the next step.

I am a lawyer, graphicdesigner and egyptologist. My idea is to connected with people all over the world to talk about Egyptology, the historical heritage of humankind and all the „mysteries“ of the past to be uncovered in the future. We – I mean you and me – are the ones who have the unique opportunity to not only ask questions about our origins but also to get answers faster than before – through the experience and intelligence of the crowd.
