Introduce my self

I was born in Medan Province of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Third (3rd) child from five siblings (5) from the couple Father H. Juadi and Mother Almh. Hj. Laisyah. My father is a retired Civil Servant (PNS) Group III-C, while my mother is a homemaker who is only educated up to grade 3 of Primary School (Not Finished). My Formal education is starting from Elementary School (SD) Private Laks. Martadinata in Medan was completed in 1993, State Junior High School (SMP) 9 in Medan was completed in 1996, SMU Negeri 7 in Medan was completed in 1999, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine UISU in Medan in 2006, and Master's Degree (S2) Master of Hospital Administration at USU Public Health Faculty completed in 2012.

I have worked as a Doctor Keep the Emergency Unit at Imelda Hospital Medan in 2005, Doctor at Emergency Unit at Bandung Hospital Medan in 2006 - 2007, Doctor at Clinic Citra Medika Medan in 2006, Doctor Contract at PT. Arindo I & II Petapahan, Kampar, Riau in 2007. Doctor at Clinic and Clinic Officer and Maternity Hospital of Mariani 2007 - 2010, Clinic Director at PKBI SUMUT 2007 - 2011, Director of Laisya Clinic in 2010 - present, Natasha Skin Care Medical Consultant 2010 - 2013.

I am Also as a Talkshow All About Woman Resource at Radio LafeMme FM in 2010, Kardova FM, RRI Pro-2 FM, and Sonora FM. As IDI Member Medan 2006 - present, and IDI Executive Board 2009 - 2016. Currently in addition to being active as a guest speaker in the BKKBN (National Family Planning Coordinating Board) North Sumatra, the writer is also often asked to be Moderator and Resource at several scientific Events, both inside City or outside the city.

I am also active as Secretary of TKMKB (Quality Control and Cost Control Team) BPJS (Society health Insurance Agency) Health Region of North Sumatera, Secretary of MKEK (Medical Ethics Council of Ethics) IDI SUMUT, PERSI (Association of Indonesian Hospital) SUMUT, ARSSI Board (Association of Indonesian Hospitals ) SUMUT. Management of MHKI (Indonesian Public Health Community) SUMUT and Board of PDKI (Association of Indonesian Family Doctors) SUMUT.

I am also currently as a JICA-KPPIP SF local consultant of New Building Construction Project RSUD Dr. PIRNGADI Medan. Several seminar, symposium and workshop activities were followed both inside and outside the city to improve understanding and knowledge.

I am interest in Health Law started since he served as Head of Legal and Administration of Special Hospital of Eye Center Eye Center (SMEC) Year 2013 - 2014. Then i am occupies the position as Head of Medical Services and Medical Support Sarah Hospital 2014 - 2015 and now author gets mandate as President Director of Sarah General Hospital, Medan in 2015 - now. During the duties and responsibilities in hospital management, i have discussed many issues concerning Legal Issues, especially Health Law, which are experienced by doctors, dentists, health workers and hospitals. Because of the interest, the author also re-deepened the understanding of Health Law by becoming a Master of Health Law and Legal Studies student at Panca Budi Development University in Medan.
