I was able to view it. There was a pause at the 4:30 mark and I had to refresh the page.

I don't know what it was, but just now it began to play. I wonder if it's related to propagation time. I wonder if it takes time to reach all the network nodes. Thanks for the response. I was really unsure if things were ticking right.
