Hello Friend.
Hello! My name is Nicholas Pak. I am 19 years old and I am a Junior at Michigan State University. As opposed to waiting around to introduce myself, I figured I would do it from the very beginning. I'll view it as the genesis of my Steemit account.
I have never been big on being completely vulnerable on social media platforms, but this community gives me a slightly different vibe. Everybody seems so welcoming and inviting. A kind of feeling that I have never truly received in my mind. Thus, it seems like the perfect community for me to be a part of.
I'd like to start off with introducing myself as a person:
I've always been a bit of a shy guy, never wanting to be the center of attention; unless I am with people I am comfortable with. I like to think of myself as hardworking and determined to fulfill whatever it is that I have my mind on. Although I appear to be stern and callous at times, that is just my face. Inside, I am a very thoughtful person. I try to hold the best morals for myself and express it to those around me. Even though I may not show it all the time, family and friends are some of the most important things to me. Below, is a picture of some of my closest buddies and I.
I love these guys like brothers. My mother and father are the two most important folks in my life. They have given me everything and taught me every thing I know to become the person that I am today.
I think of myself as being a little bit different than most of those around me in the current environment I am in. I am much more interested in trying to become a better, more successful person every day as opposed to drinking and failing classes. More interested in investing my time in preparing myself for the future by exposing myself to things like Steemit as opposed to the bottom of a six-pack.
I'm heavily interested in science and technology, and I am trying my best to keep up in a world that never stops changing. In fact, the world is exponentially growing. Even when it comes to blockchain technology, I'm a several years late to the party. I'm also devoted to bodybuilding and nutrition. There are so many things in life that seem uncontrollable, but I found an art in being able to sculpt my body through training and observing the things I eat. It was one of the few things in life that I found to be a tangible aspect that I could manipulate myself. This is what I looked like in early January.
It may not be the most impressive thing ever, but even Arnold Schwarzenegger had to start somewhere.
Anyway, if anybody has read all the way to this point, I really appreciate it. I look forward to sharing my thoughts and any other kinds of content with this community. It's one that I really wish to become close with, and I hope you will accept me with open arms.
