Toughest question asked in interview

in #interview7 years ago

Interviewer:

Imagine there is a swimming pool in which there is a shark. There are two men swimming in the pool. Both know how to swim. First man has been a champion in swimming at national level. The other person has a knife in his hands and knows how to use it.

So my dear, the question is: In this situation, who would you like to be?

All of us have different view points on whom to select. Most go ahead with the person who is a champion in swimming.

But the one, who got through the interview said:

Interviewee: Shark. I would like to be shark. I don’t want to be the survivor or the one who is struggling. If I have the chance, I want to be the one who will decide the outcomes of the game. I would like to be the Shark.

Again, each has different perspectives. Interviewer was looking for someone who is not wrapped in his own assumptions. The guy thought outside the box, and he got in.

Sort:

Would you rather fight 100 chicken-sized horses or one horse-sized chicken?
