@16:00 If people cannot own the land, then when someone wants to build something that uses a lot of land, how is that land allocated to them? And if not allocated to them, then can there be no large projects? What happens when the hyperloop is being built, and nobody can own the land? If noone can own it, how is the land purchased to build the hyperloop? Capitalism/free markets can exist with land ownership.

Oh yes, in fact not only can it exist, land ownership is necessary or you don't have a free market.

Unowned land I think would be subject to the homestead principle.
