Justice Minister, Malami's Case for Shifting All But the Presidential Poll in Zamfara State
The letter is categorical, clear in what it wants. If INEC follows the Minister's letter, then Nigeria might have to wait a bit more for all but the presidential election in Zamfara State. It would be a very interesting scenario. His jump-off point is the return to status quo ante ruling by the Appeal Court.
