For the attention of ICANN, registry operators and registrars.
In consequence of the legal measures resulted from the tortious acts and taken on the basis of the law of obligations as defined in the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB), in Berliner Verfassung, and in the Constitution of the community Rus’, and specified in decisions of 12.12.2018, 9.09.2019, 23.09.2019, 14.10.2019, 3.11.2019, and 2.04.2020 {1–5}, I am lawful owner of all internet domains and names, especially all .ru, .de, google., and .google domains and names.
Furthermore, due to willful neglect of their duties and disregard of my concerns expressed in my letters of 19.12.2019 and 31.01.2020 {6–7}, I appropriate internet domains and names interpol.int and who.int.
Therefore, I obligate the ICANN, registry operators, and registrars to change all informations concerning owner or registrant of the internet domains and names mentioned above, and to mirror these changes in the whois database.
