Addicted to the Internet

Whatever it is that you do, I hope that you feel more alive and fulfilled when you are addicted to the Internet. Don't let the negativity of the world change who you are, and get healthy today. Are You Addicted to the Internet?
If you are addicted to the Internet, then this article is probably not for you. I can't tell you to quit if you aren't ready.

So how do you know if you are addicted to the Internet? The truth is that there is no way to be sure. It's all a question of degrees of addiction.

There are three main symptoms to look for. They are:

People are checking in with you constantly. This means they will keep your email address, whether or not you want them to. They will keep sending emails without asking for permission. They will follow you around the Internet to send emails without asking to be in your contacts.

You get upset because you see negative people on Facebook and Twitter and even people who do the same things that they did. People say mean things to you because you don't know what to do to stop it.

You get frustrated with your family because they don't pay attention to you anymore. And you are irritated by things you see on the Internet. Now you know why you can't quit because you're addicted to the Internet.

People are like you. They want to make something out of their lives. They love to play games, so they become addicted to the Internet.

If you're addicted to the Internet, I want you to go out there and find your passion. If you really believe that you can help someone else, go out there and make that happen.

Start by reading other people's blogs and books, and even talk to them about their problems. Your mind will work more effectively with other people's advice than just using the Internet as a mirror.

Then, do something that makes you feel alive. Write down on a piece of paper how good you felt while playing video games last night. You may need to take a break from the computer and do this a few times a week.

Make time for yourself each day. If you have kids, take care of them while they're at school.
