I love to walk at night and talk with someone. Sometimes you can become so invested in the conversation you don't even realize how far you've gone. Makes for some fond memories. :)

Where I'm from, we sometimes say "go take a hike" as an insult. But I think it sounds more suited to be good advice offered to a friend. Talking and walking are both such calming and connecting activities.
