Kick @ss article @alexgr. Subconscious automation is a limiting action/behavior in many facets of life. And although "everything is a decision" (which ironically is the title of a blog I just posted) there is only so much the conscious mind can do no matter how aware.
Indeed. I'd say lack of awareness ranks as the #1 limiting factor. Once this awareness is reached, one can automate the subconscious to their advantage.
awareness is extremely limited. it requires inward attention. and from the moment we wake up, attention is provided to the bombardment of external stimuli...it requires utmost discipline to engage in awareness...
Just to clarify: In the above I'm using the term awareness in a more everyday context (in relation to not being aware of how the mind operates) not as "THE Awareness" which is a more esoteric concept.
