What do you guys think of this (Instagram post on ultra high density FUE)

Basically, it is portuguese, but he's talking about his method of doing Ultra High Density FUE operations (I had one with him). He talks about potentially being able to get a density anywhere between 90-100 fu/cm2 at the top end. In my case, at self counting, mine was around 80.
Anyway, a few points on what he says:
In this patient, counting incisions, the top end of the density was at 92 fu/cm2, with a hair thickness of 89. He says that in this specific case, those are the numbers before growth, and he'll see the final result afterwards.
He says that he has seen more than 1 case of patients coming to him from other clinics promising very high densities that have gotten necrosis, so to be very careful who you trust with this kind of operation.
He says that this is only viable for certain patients (he says this in another video).
He says that this requires custom tools (he builds his own incision tools to the proper size on a case by case basis), it requires proper technique, and most importantly, a very specific post op care routine, I quote "This isn't a marketing stunt, it's a technique I developed, everything can go very wrong if the patient doesn't do a proper post op with very very extensive vaso dialation, the skin might not recover properly, so be very careful with marketing stunts and never do a surgery with someone you don't trust, because I've seen some tragedy cases".
Only a small percentage of his surgeries are "ultra high density" ones, as those are only really for low norwood cases, so it's kinda hard to find many examples of them. I only know myself personally who did it, a famous singer in Brazil, and there's an example or two of post op pictures of people who did it, but no follow ups (I don't know how to find these people's instagrams).
Here's the post op end result of one guy who got it (The singer):
