Instagram new feature delete followers instead of blocking

Instagram is testing new function. It seems that instead of completely blocking, instead of only removing follow-up options for deletion.

The story changes, a brother who is going to be a high school student soon, was suddenly followed on Twitter. I wonder if it is around that kind of age. Well, I do not like being tweeted by my brother, so I surely blocked it. It is an instinct, but from the deleted side, it is designed to make me think that, some sort of follow-up.
