First, resign and start a business

In 1979, Wang Wenjing successfully entered Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and jumped out of the farm. Wang Wenjing was born in Rao Huanggu, Jiangxi's "Hometown of Scholars". He was influenced by Xu Yuanjie's family motto. He has loved learning since childhood and has great ambitions.

After graduating from university, Wang Wenjing entered the work of the State Council's Office of State Affairs and took on the "iron rice bowl." Fully outstanding performance, he soon became the unit's "red man" and has a bright future.

In 1988, Wang Wenjing made an amazing decision-resigning and starting a business. It turned out that during the work of the State Administration of Administration, Wang Wenjing found that financial software had great potential. In addition, at the time, the Beijing Science and Technology Experimental Zone encouraged professional talents to start businesses, and "UF" was born.

In the early days of the business, conditions were difficult. Wang Wenjing and his friend Su Qiqiang crowded into a small house of 9 square meters in Zhongguancun. He ran the market during the day, typed codes at night, often slept in the office, and finally sold the first set of software, earning 7,000 yuan.
After that, Wang Wenjing continued to develop products and launched 90 versions of UFIDA accounting software. Su Qiqiang launched UFO financial reporting software, allowing UFIDA to quickly occupy the market. In 1991, UFIDA became the first financial software.

The software industry is changing rapidly, and the survival of the fittest, Wang Wenjing has always maintained a sense of worry, from the initial DOS version, network version, to the Windows platform, and iterative product.

Second, focus on persistence

In 1992, after Deng Xiaoping's speeches during his inspection tour in the south, a boom in real estate started in the country, and many industry giants joined the "horse race".

At that time, UFIDA's business scale was limited, and Wang Wenjing also decided to diversify and invest a portion of the funds to invest in real estate. But he soon found out that he was not suitable for the field, so he quickly withdrew.

This year, Wang Wenjing suffered a heavy blow in corporate management, and a group of R & D personnel collectively changed jobs, making him deeply aware of the importance of talent.
Since then, he has paid more attention to creating a team atmosphere, and formulated a clear corporate development plan, which greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the employees and the company's development is booming.

In 1993, Su Qiqiang believed that the software sales market had a bright future, and hoped that Wang Wenjing would invest in this industry. Wang Wenjing participated in the preparatory research. But because Wang Wenjing loved software products more, he had to regret to part ways with Su Qiqiang.

In 1997, UFIDA began to prepare for the listing. At that time, the companies queuing were eager to obtain the indicators early. Many people suggested that Wang Wenjing be listed on the backdoor. But he wants to "do it purely" and insist on going public independently.

In 2001, Wang Wenjing finally ushered in the dream moment. UFIDA Software was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Wang Wenjing was named the "China's richest software" with a value of 5 billion.
