We are all but a little mentally ill!

Maybe you're crazy about me, many people, how are everyone mentally ill? But, the truth is the truth. This is the new generation that is suffering from 'no disease' disease, is it not sickness? Do not hesitate to work, do not hesitate to sleep, do not fare well, do not be fond of reading - not to be good in their lives. Again there are many depression zones. I do not have anything to do with my life, what is the benefit of my life, I understand the burden of society?

Depression is a disorder that attacks everyone. When my depression came, I too became very disappointed. But only then, before getting depressed me, I will lose the depression! Due to this thought, depression can not sit and stand. When I became depressed I used to do a lot of work until this depression does not mean bat! Today, I tell you about these things.

  1. Try to please someone:

You will notice, if you are depressed, then there is a concept in you, you are not doing anything, nothing will happen with you.   1. Stop comparing yourself with others:

  1. Be hopeful about yourself:

Being optimistic about yourself is a very important thing to go away from despair. Depression hits everyone confidently, reduces optimism from the very beginning.
