There is no greater wealth in this world than peace of mind

Many of us have got issues and have seen many things fail in our life time. Did you ever imagine that not having peace of mind...... simply i mean Feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed is an obstacle in our daily lives.

There are things we do or that come into our lives that will not give us peace but we can overcome that my brothers and sisters if we want to succeed in life. you don't have to live your life feeling bad about your past, you can let it go and finally find peace
we can find a piece of mind through playing games, jogging, connecting with friends , loving each other, eating well balanced diet many things that keep us relaxed.

If something gives you peace of mind, it stops you from worrying about a particular problem or difficulty. therefore we have to do things that keep us from stress because of problems in life ....a peace of mind means being safe or protected!!!!

we therefore need it keep things moving in our lives.... because there is no greater wealth in this world than peace of mind
