Why I fell in love with Steemit & Steemians
Falling in love could mean different things to different folks but for this blogger, it means a whole lot of things. When you love someone, you give your all to him/her. When you love a thing, a place, an outfit, you also give your all to it and dedicate your time and energy in protecting it and ensure it strives.
A great Singer "Nat King Kole" in his love song displayed how deep falling in love goes which is portrayed in his lyrics " When I Fall In Love"
When I fall in love it will be forever
Or I'll never fall in love
In a restless world like this is
Love is ended before it's begun
And too many moonlight kisses
Seem to cool in the warmth of the sun

Hmmm! What a great song...
I joined steemit by mid June 2017 and since then, my love life has never being the same. Steemit has changed my style of blogging, thinking, ways of seeing things and my social life, In fact, I see myself as a better person from my former self these few months all thanks to steemit.
Interestingly, I have increased my internet presence for over 60% more from when I manage my Facebook pages and wassap group chat during the time I was giving out free natural health tips to many that cares to listen at little or no benefits to myself except some few appreciations from some folks. But in steemit all these are different and as such, I feel deep down that I have fallen in love with this social media outfit and below are my reasons
Steemit has improved my income tremendously as through steemit, I have been able to raise enough funds to create multiple streams of income for myself through blogging and trading in altcoins which may not have been possible if I didn't join steemit and I love steemit for this as I am having some level of financial freedom I never had before now.
I love steemit because it has widened my knowledge scope. From cryptocurrency to Religion, Homesteading to Technology, Philosophy to Health etc Steemit is a knowledge bank and I am tapping very well from the free wealth of knowledge I find here in steemit, which has made me fall in love with this platform.
Thanks to my new found Love steemit, I am able to meet exciting people around the world. I do not wanna mention names but we know steemit has the good, bad and ugly and as they say from where I come from " If you play any tune in the compound of a great man, there is always someone to dance to it" Here in steemit, exciting people abound as such I am having good time enjoying myself and picking out many new friends on constant basis from around the world and I wonder which other platform will accord me this priviledge if not my new found love Steemit.
I truly have fallen in love with steemit because of the deep sense of community people have here especially according help to the needy through various support programs and helping minnows grow through many minnow support projects and competitions. This is never seeing in anyother Social media outfit that prefer to take from the poor and needy and add to their huge wealth but here it is different as such I think I have fallen deeply in love with steemit and steemians especially our 1 & only @everlove of the @gardenofeden where show of love and sustainable living through the natural bounties of the earth is at its peak.
So my question is, what of you? Do feel free to comment if you have fallen in love with steemit and why...

yes, the magic is coming back! Now i just remembered i have to stay grounded as I get so much energy and can fly off to the moon if im not careful..
It sounds like you didnt try meditation before, is that what you are saying? If not, really really,.. try it for a week! Mmmmm
Grounding really does help keep things in perspective. Gratefully, I walk on the earth everyday with my bare feet, so I get the natural pull of the earth to keep me in connection.
My life is meditation, as I breathe to be present in every moment. Meditation for me is all of life, as is yoga, art, the food I eat and the air I breathe. I also do focused meditation regularly, as staying in tune with spirit is essential to my experience here in community. There are lots of energies to get tangled in if one is not centered.
I love that it is being shared here on Steemit and that there is the opportunity to share the experience with others also on the same path.
well, it sounds like you are doing more than OK everlove.. i think you nailed it there saying that life is a meditation, because that is the real goal.. to bring that state of being into every moment..
In India we call this Shanti.. Im Sure you heard of it! I have been gifted with the experience of Shanti many years ago, when for once I was totally aware and present with every movement, and even enjoying it.. Life was like an endless dance for many weeks, and even making a cup of tea was enjoyable.
I keep those memories as a guidepost to where I want to reach.. still got some ways to go!

Great to read about your positive experience with Steemit. It is indeed true that Steemit changes one's life in many ways.
The first thing that stood out for me was how Steemit could help so much with its projects and philanthropy. The good part was that no one really has to donate anything, but only give out a high powered upvote(I am mainly referring to those with higher SP).
Of course, Steemit has a community like no other, believing in true freedom and decentralization. It is so diverse with people from so many countries and different cultures, even speaking different languages.
